Explore freely, but changes aren't saved in this demo. Importing statements, changing the AI settings, and adding or removing accounts are turned off here. Download Maali to set these up on your own computer.

Import your transactions

Export CSV statements from your bank and drop them here. Everything stays on this computer. If you can, include 12+ months of history so Maali can learn your usual month and compare seasons.

How to export CSVs from your bank

Your bank may let you download years of transactions in one go. Pick the widest date range it offers and import each file. Twelve or more months gives Maali a much better baseline for trends, forecasts, recurring charges, and Ask.

Chase

  1. Sign in at chase.com and open the account.
  2. On the activity list, choose Download account activity.
  3. Set the date range as wide as it allows.
  4. Pick the CSV format and download, then drop the file above.

American Express

  1. Sign in and open Statements & Activity.
  2. Choose a custom date range covering as much history as it allows.
  3. Download as CSV and drop the file above.

Most other banks follow the same shape: open the account's transactions, set a custom date range as far back as you can, and export as CSV.
